You can enjoy the produce from our own farm in all of our restaurants. The transport route from the farm directly to our kitchen is less than 500 metres. It couldn’t be more regional or fresher – and you can taste it.
The Friesach farm is very busy all year round. This is how Sabine and Michael Friesacher ensure first-class quality. Any produce that is not from our farm comes from regional suppliers and farmers in the area who are well known to us.
