Products from our Friesacher farm

Our private farm in Anif allows the restaurant Friesacher to make the most of many ingredients from our own production. There’s a lot going on at the Friesacher farm all year: pigs, cattle and calves are nursed, vegetables and potatoes grown and herbs picked. In this way, Sabine and Michael Friesacher ensure that only first-class quality lands on your plate. Even the foods that are not produced at the in-house farm come from local suppliers and farmers from the surrounding area.

It is this very quality which has now been awarded by Gault Millau with one toque.
