The Hotel Friesacher lies in Anif on the edge of Salzburg, in green, peaceful surroundings. The city centre is only 5 kilometres away and is served by an easily accessible and efficient public transport network. The Friesacher family has owned and run the hotel for six generations – so the luxury and service come with a distinctly homely touch.
The focus of our rooms – enhanced by our recent renovation – has been to combine modernity and the latest technology coupled with traditional Austrian hospitality and comfort.
We offer a number of dining and refreshment options at the Hotel Friesacher. Our main restaurant serves the finest cuisine that Salzburg can offer. Friesacher Heuriger and Friesacher Einkehr invite you to taste more local dishes in an informal atmosphere. Afterwards, enjoy a nightcap at the hotel bar or, if you are in the mood, cocktails, music and dancing at our night club, the Friesacher Stadl!
We produce much of what we serve in our restaurants on our own farm, just a kilometre from the hotel, in the heart of Salzburg Province – including all of our pork, beef and veal as well as vegetables, herbs and the like. In fact, that is where we started in hospitality, generations and years ago. From farm to table in more ways than one!
